Consulting, Development and Training Services
When working with our clients, our goal above all else is integrity. We want to give straight answers and keep the promises that we make. We want to enter into agreements that are fair and reasonable for our clients and for us. We want to build long-term relationships with our clients that are based on trust and respect.
If all that sounds good to you, let's start a conversation here. You can read the rest of this page too, if you want.
Free Initial Consultation
We want to spend some quality time with you and listen to all your troubles. That might sound a little silly, but it's true. We want to hear about your organization's pain points, frustrations and bottlenecks. And we will tell you how we think we can help smooth things out. Once we get to know each other a little bit, we can both decide if working together on a project makes sense.
Figure Out What Needs To Be Done
This is where we get down to the nuts and bolts. We will work together to collect and document all of the project's requirements and then take that information and create a preliminary scope of work, schedule and estimated cost. For large or complex projects this step may be performed under a seperate agreement.
Decide What Will Be Done
Now that we have an idea of how long it will take and how much it will cost, we can decide how much will actually get done. The good news here is that most larger projects can be developed and implemented in phases, so costs can be spread out and there are opportunities to change direction as each phase is put into use in the real world.
Shake Hands
If we have made it this far, then it looks like we will be working together! So let's give our word, shake hands, send an email, or sign a contract - whatever works best for our situation.
Get To Work
Well, we will get to work. You can take a break for a little while.
